This 22-story mixed-use waterfront luxury condo tower features a notable twisting and angular design that evokes the nautical spirit of the surrounding harbor.

As the project architect, I managed the detailing of the entire tower. I oversaw every aspect of its constructability, leading quality assurance efforts, coordinating closely with engineers, and ensuring precision throughout the design. From Design Development and Value Engineering to Construction Documents, I was responsible for the comprehensive detailing, both exterior and interior, that brought this iconic tower to life.
